duck-shaped pain

Last night, I was trying to write with the best pen I could find in the house (some ballpoint piece of shit), and I got fed up with it in record time. I rushed down to the nearest pen-dispensing store right before they closed and got me a new one to replace the one that has gone out into the world somewhere.

It's not the exact duplicate of the other, though.

This is the old pen.

This is the new pen.

At least there's some good news.
